RECRUIT

The information you want, right in front of you.
Let’s build it together.

Drawings, inspection records, everyday communication — organizing everything about a building, tied to place and time. We do the research and the real-world deployment for that, working alongside major general contractors and property developers. We are looking for people to push it forward with us.

POSITIONS

Open roles

Part-time, internship, contract and full-time are all open. Most people currently join part-time or on contract.

POSITION 01

Product & engineering

EngineerFDEProduct manager

Use AI agents to run the whole loop yourself — implementation, review, verification and improvement. That covers building our own products as well as going into customer sites, drawing out what they need, and turning it into features. A role where you touch the whole application and ship it to the customer.

  • Feature development with AI agents, and quality control over what they produce
  • Verification against real data, isolating problems and finding root causes
  • Interviewing at customer sites and turning requests into features
  • Research, development and implementation of image and spatial recognition algorithms
  • Backend and frontend development (Python, Flutter, Go and others)
  • AR application development with Unity
  • Cloud infrastructure design and build on Azure, and building and improving the search layer

A good fit if — you can take the chaos of a real site and structure it into something simple and reproducible

POSITION 02

Business

Project managerBusiness developmentSalesCustomer success

Own everything from pitching construction companies and developers, through driving adoption, to making it stick on site. Alongside expanding within customers who already use us, we are now going after new accounts in earnest.

  • Pitching construction companies and developers, and drawing out their problems
  • Planning rollouts, deploying to sites, and training and supporting users until it sticks
  • Expanding into other departments and other sites within existing customers
  • New business development, and following up on interest from exhibitions and events
  • Planning and specifying new features for our own products
  • Market research, and building and executing the sales strategy

A good fit if — you can move a large organization and get a product genuinely embedded

VALUES

What we care about

AI has made implementation and execution easy. Precisely because of that, what we care about is deciding what to build and why, and checking that what comes out is actually correct and genuinely usable. In practice the role is closer to a manager than to an individual contributor.

Ownership
Treat it as your own

Own your work and your role, and approach it with initiative and responsibility. Do not stop at doing what you were told — take it on yourself and move.

Own your area, and finish it

The area you are given is yours to own. Decide what to do and how far to take it, check it yourself, and carry it to the end. The work itself can be spread across AI and systems. What remains is the responsibility to finish.

Think it through to the root, and be thorough

Do not stop at a patch. When something breaks, dig until you find the cause.

Use AI fully
Let AI run on its own

Implementation, verification, analysis. People spend their time on definition and direction, on priorities, and on the final call.

Prepare, so you can delegate

Define the information and the target state properly, so that AI can check for itself whether it got it right.

Structure it, and turn it into a system

Take the chaos of a real site, find the meaning and the connections in it, and make it simple and repeatable. A well-made system lets you be exact, fast and simple all at the same time.

The customer’s view
Use it as a user

AI gets to “it works” fast. Whether it feels good to use is something you judge by using it yourself.

Think from the user’s side

Knowing whose problem you are solving, and which problem, changes both the calls you make while building and what you look for in review.

PROCESS

Hiring process

We value the time it takes to get to know each other. Rather than deciding on documents and interviews alone, we set aside a period to actually work together.

STEP 1

Chat

We start with a casual conversation. Ask us anything about the business or how we work.

STEP 2

Exercise

You work through a practice exercise for the role — a development exercise for engineering, a proposal exercise for business.

STEP 3

Interview

Using the exercise as the material, we talk in depth about how you think and how you work.

STEP 4

Trial

You join the real work for a short trial or internship of one day to about two weeks.

※ A casual chat with no application attached is welcome too.

ENTRY

Shall we talk?

Applications go through separate forms for students and for professionals and contractors. Questions about hiring and casual chats all go through one shared form.
