We were selected for FY2025 support under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ ICT Startup League

We have been selected for FY2025 support under the ICT Startup League, a program that grew out of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ “seed-stage R&D support program for startup creation”. This follows our selection in FY2023 and FY2024.

The ICT Startup League is a program aimed at growing the next generation of industry that creates and applies advanced ICT. Alongside grants toward research and development costs, it offers hands-on support through a network of support organizations across Japan and across fields, covering everything from research and development through to commercialization. For FY2025, 62 projects were selected, announced at the UPDATE EARTH Symposium Summer held on Friday 11 July 2025.

Our research topic is “accumulating and sharing information in buildings through a spatial information management system”, and we are working on indoor positioning and on making record-keeping more efficient by connecting to existing sensors, BIM and management systems.

IndooAR, our spatial information management system, uses image recognition to work out where you are — even indoors, where GPS barely reaches. From there it can guide you, show you AR content, and keep track of information and equipment.
