■ About “Mirai MATSURI” at UPDATE EARTH 2025

UPDATE EARTH 2025 holds a large-scale event (MATSURI) to advance innovation, on the theme of updating childcare and education. One part of it is the UPDATE EARTH Competition, which recognizes unconventional business ideas and plans submitted by everyone from students to entrepreneurs; the winners are announced at an award ceremony. Plans also include sessions on innovation led by front-runners from each industry, networking events connecting startups with investors and corporates, and booths where you can try advanced technology and food.

IndooAR, our spatial information management system, uses image recognition to work out where you are — even indoors, where GPS barely reaches. From there it can guide you, show you AR content, and keep track of information and equipment.
